Structure
The mouthfeel is round, soft and greasy. Without annoying bitters and spicy aftertaste.

Fragrance
Fruity and sweet, characteristics of green aromas such as artichoke, tomato leaf and grass clippings

Taste
Soft, fruity and sweet olive oil with a very nice, pleasant balance between bitter, sweet and spicy. First you taste sweet artichoke and wild spinach, after which the taste becomes fruity and leans towards freshly cut grass. The finish is sweet and gives a light, pleasant bitterness in the throat.

Food / combination
Delicious with anything.
In a fresh salad, over your pizza or simply with bread.
However, not suitable for frying, you would lose all the flavour and that would be a shame!
